Dr David Schirrmacher earned a BSc in Management from EBS Business School, a Master in International Business from ESCP Business School, and an MSc in Banking & Finance from King’s College London (with Distinction). He completed his doctorate in Finance with stations at Trinity College Dublin and Golden Gate University San Francisco. For his research, he was awarded the Outstanding Student Award of his graduate class. He holds a positions as lecturer in finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Dr. Schirrmacher works as corporate finance advisor and regularly takes on long-term mandates as Chief Financial Officer and as a board advisor. He supports financing rounds with proven expertise in the development of robust financial models and the establishment of sustainable financial and accounting structures. His direct mandates include company sales, acquisitions, and valuations.
His three-part anthology Entrepreneurial Excellence will be published in March 2025 and will be available in bookstores and via the publisher’s website.
